Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ship all packages within 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that the tracking number may be provided before the parcel is collected by the shipping company. If there is no tracking progress after several days, please contact our customer service team.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, typically by sending a replacement at no cost.

Print books include a signature page. Tina Mariani often includes free gifts with purchases; however, these items are complimentary and non-refundable. Lost or damaged free gifts are not eligible for replacement or return.

For international orders, please note that any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

We cannot guarantee specific boxes or swag items with your order, as we are always working to improve packaging to ensure your books arrive safely. Your purchase is for the books themselves; any additional swag or packaging is a bonus and not guaranteed.
